Hazelnut Ice Cream - Limited Edition
Price: $5.99
This hazelnut lip balm smells like a scoop of hazelnut ice cream: nutty, toasty and creamy, with a soft sweetness. It is a scented balm inspired by dessert, so you enjoy the aroma, not a spoonful of the real thing.
Hazelnut is more than a theme here. Hazelnut oil and hazelnut extract are both in the formula, joined by honey extract, which helps draw moisture to your lips, and beeswax, which helps keep it there. Jojoba, coconut and olive oils make the balm glide on smooth and comfortable, so your lips feel cared for instead of coated.
It comes in our 5 g (0.17 oz) honey pot jar with a honey dipper applicator, and every order includes a spare dipper. Hazelnut Ice Cream is a limited edition, a cozy treat for chilly evenings and a sweet gift for anyone with a dessert tooth. Because it features hazelnut, please read the allergy notes in the FAQ before you buy. For a campfire-and-dessert pairing, try it with S'mores, or browse our other limited edition flavors while this batch is still available.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the hazelnut lip balm if I have a nut allergy?
No. This balm contains hazelnut oil and hazelnut extract, and the list also includes coconut oil. If you have a tree nut allergy, choose a different product, and read the full ingredient list of any lip balm before use if nut allergies are a concern.
What about bee or honey allergies?
Please skip it if you are allergic to bees, honey, pollen or propolis, since it contains beeswax and honey extract. Don't use it on babies younger than 12 months. If you notice itching, redness or swelling after applying, stop using the balm.
Does it smell like chocolate hazelnut spread?
It is hazelnut first, with creamy ice cream sweetness rather than chocolate. Think toasted nuts and sweet cream. The aroma is designed to evoke dessert while you wear it; it doesn't taste like ice cream and isn't meant to be eaten.
How should I store it?
Keep the lid on and store the jar at room temperature, away from direct sun and hot cars, so the balm keeps its texture. Use the honey dipper instead of your fingers to keep the jar tidy, and wipe the dipper clean every so often.
Is one 5 g jar enough for a month?
Usually, yes. With daily use, one jar tends to last about four to six weeks, because the formula is rich and a small amount covers your lips. If you apply thick layers every night, it may go a little faster.
