What is Honeloom?
Honeloom is an online shop for lip care. Our best-known product is the Honey Bee Balm: a soft honey lip balm in a 5 g pot that comes with a honey-dipper applicator. We also make flavored balms, lip mask and scrub sets, a pH lip oil and a face moisturizer.
How many honey dippers do I get?
Two with every order: one to use and one spare in case it breaks or goes missing. If you ever need more, a pack of three replacement applicators is sold separately.
How long does one pot last?
With daily use, most people get four to six weeks from a 5 g pot. A thin layer is enough, so the balm goes further than you might expect.
What's in the balm?
Our balms are built around beeswax. Depending on the flavor, they also contain ingredients such as honey extract, propolis, vitamin E, jojoba oil or shea butter, in a base that can include mineral oil, petrolatum or polyisobutylene. Every product page lists the full ingredients, and our ingredients page explains what each one does.
Is the balm suitable for children?
Our balms are cosmetics made for adults and older kids. They contain bee products, and several flavors contain nut oils, so check the ingredients for allergies first. Because some contain honey, do not use them on babies under 12 months. The balm is flavored but should not be eaten.
Does the balm contain animal-derived ingredients?
Yes. Beeswax, propolis and honey extract come from bees. If you avoid bee products for any reason, our balms are not the right fit for you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within one to three business days. Standard tracked shipping in the US usually takes five to seven business days, and Express shipping (one to two business days) is available at checkout. Delivery times outside the US vary by country.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping is a flat $5 and it is free on orders of $45 or more in products. Express shipping costs $25.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries. The checkout shows whether we deliver to your address and the shipping options available for it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We pack orders quickly, so we usually can't cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your address at checkout. After delivery you can still use our return process.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Our refund policy page has all the details.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Sorry about that. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item or package, and we will sort it out with you.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in the Honeloom VIP Club app, where you can skip a delivery, change how often it ships, update your card or cancel. Our manage subscription page explains how to sign in.
